Manual physical therapy (MPT) is a hands-on treatment approach for musculoskeletal issues involving pain, restricted movement, and joint dysfunction. Practitioners use techniques like soft tissue, nerve and visceral mobilization, joint manipulation, neuromuscular re-training and myofascial release to improve pain-causing postures and compensatory strategies to restore healing environments which also alleviate discomfort. Commonly addressed issues include body pain and stiffness, arthritis, post-surgical recovery, and sports injuries. By targeting specific body areas, MPT enhances circulation, reduces inflammation, and restores function, making it highly effective for patients needing precise, focused interventions to regain movement and reduce pain in daily activities, recreational and athletic pursuits.

High-Intensity Laser Therapy (HILT) effectively reduces chronic pain, accelerates tissue repair, and decreases inflammation. By penetrating deeply into muscles, tendons, and ligaments, HILT treats issues like musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries, and arthritis. Unlike it's predecessor, the Class 3 (Cold Laser), which is available online and for home use, this Class 4 laser has more than 1000% more power, and allows for shorter, more intense sessions, resulting in faster pain relief and improved mobility. It is safe to use immediately following surgery, even with metal implants such as total knee replacements, spinal fusions or rotator cuff repairs.

Jeff, personally experienced physical accidents and injuries from sports and motorcycles in high school, college and later. He struggled to navigate the recovery process on his own because in high school he was just handed a pair of crutches and had to figure out how to deal with pain, disability and any recovery on his own. Jeff realized there were a lot of people suffering with things like low back pain or knee or shoulder pain and wanted to make a difference… specifically, people in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s who get told by a doctor there is nothing else for them to do and they just have to accept the limp or are just given “pills”, or just advised to rest and hope it gets better on its own.
